Let’s talk about self respect for a sec.

Sloppy , weak bodies send a broadcast to the world.

That broadcast is that the owner of that body lacks in the self respect department. 

Yet, many will pass up the chance to get healthy, fit and pain free on the daily.

They’d rather rely on waiting for others' compassion.

Maybe it fills a hole in their being.

Maybe they just like attention.

But instead of playing offense and going to get all the wonderful benefits life has to offer those with strength, energy, endurance and enthusiasm…

They continue to wait and play defense.

But here’s something to remember

Defensive Behavior Invites Aggressive Action from life itself.

So if you’ve been sitting back waiting

To get your blood pressure back on track

For the motivation to hit you

To pick the right foods to eat so you lose weight and have all-day energy

I promise…. Life will take aggressive action.

If you don’t take time for your wellness, you will be forced to take time for your illness.

If this is you, don’t wait another minute!

You deserve to live a fulfilling life…not one that passes you by while you wait.

Rely on your own strength instead of somebody else’s compassion.

I don’t mean to be mean, macho or pushy.

I just mean do things because it proves your strength to you!

Maybe you can’t do all the activities you want to do today.

That’s more than okay.

Get out and do something today you didn’t try yesterday.

Show yourself you have the Inner Strength to play offense.

Tomorrow look back on what you did today and add 1%.

Eventually you’ll remember what the broadcast Day 1 you put out to the world.

And that broadcast will be a heck of a lot stronger.

And you’ll be all the happier for it.
